PULSE is working with one of the UK’s leading healthcare groups to find an RGN or RMN-qualified Deputy Home Manager with Elderly care experience to run the night-shift on a permanent basis, to achieve the highest possible standard of care of the nursing home residents, through direct nursing care and effective management of Staff Members. 40 hr week

Essential

*  Registered Nurse (RN1/RGN/RMN) and relevant experience

*  Genuine interest in and experience working with the Elderly

*  Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

*  Team leader

*  Current NMC membership

*  Previous management / supervisory experience, either at Senior Staff Nurse, Shift Leader or Deputy Manager level
* Prepared to work nights only
