URGENT: Trainee Property Surveyors Needed

R H CLIENT SOLUTIONS IN LEEDS IS LOOKING FOR 15 PEOPLE WHO CAN START IMMEDIATELY IN LEEDS! 

We’ve spent the past year working with a client that wants us to continue to help them pre-qualify customers, sketch their properties and perform basic surveys to their homes to determine if they qualify for their products. We're looking to fill 15 spots so that we can provide them with more pre-qualified customers that ever before! 

Product-training workshops are held daily, plus you will receive guidance and support from us, so specific experience is not required. Any construction/ building/ property experience or qualifications are a benefit because it will accelerate the learning curve and assist you in conversations with home owners. 

Initially you will be pre-qualifying homeowners and explaining our client's mission. Once you are able to produce consistent results, you'll be able to sketch properties and perform basic property surveys. We are not actively involved in the insulation sales/ grant approval process. We simply provide our clients with as many pre-qualified customers as possible, and they pick up with them to complete the process. 

For those looking to develop skills in other areas including sales and leadership, we will recommend our Business Development Program where you will have the opportunity to learn to oversee your own campaign or market. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 
As a company we generate leads for our client and inspect cavity walls, lofts, water tanks, pipes, joists, vents, and gas fires. We also help to ensure that new builds are up to regulation standards, that customers on benefits receive the correct information about insulation grants, and that there is widespread knowledge on the 2011 Carbon Footprint Initiative.
